The reception team at the Lawhill apartments were very friendly and showed us the accommodation as we were walk in customers. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Location to the V&A was very good.
The apartment was nice, however little things need fixing now it is about 25 years old. The make up light in the ensuite bathroom doesn't work, the shower doesn't run properly and the sink tap flops down. For the price paid, we expected a smart TV, the TV is old and should be updated.

It's definitely the location! The security is top-notch, too. I also love how spacious the apartment is! The decor is simple and minimalist!
It's not that I didn't like it—it's just a small constructive comment! The bathroom amenities could be replaced more often (shower cap, laundry soap), especially for a week-long stay. And the rug must be vacuumed especially when there's kids around.

The apartment was lovely and the location amazing but the unit was furnished solely with rental in mind and had little character. There was also an alarm unit in the bedroom that shone very brightly at night. The sliding door from the bedroom to the verandah could only be opened form the outside and the shower door in the second bathroom was about to fall off the wall.
