Mancavano la biancheria da bagno e letto e mi hanno fatto scendere alle 11 di sera senza neppure comunicarlo in reception che mancava la biancheria senza far venire un loro addetto pretendevano che scendevamo noi a ritirarle

The pool is great, large and beautiful plus nicely situated within the green inner gardens. There's a lot of activities and all kinds of sport facilities if you're into that kind of thing.
Apartment clean and big enough for two.
Obligatory club card -> 20 euro per person instead of 10 and apparently it would be 30 euro normally, but we had a short stay so lower tarif. Beach card would've still been extra (20 euro? No idea), but we were allowed to opt-out. A bit of an absurd price especially since there is no transparency, at least not when using booking.com where price for obligatory club card was mentioned to be 10 euro pp in one of the reviews. So we were half prepared and still it was a bad surprise.
Apartment was clean and nice enough, but we had to buy everything ourselves still, even toilet paper. Within 24hr you also have to go over and verify a whole inventory list, so be prepared for homework before you hit the pool. In short, you really get the feeling you're in a Ryanair hotel, which would still have been ok if there was transparency about that.
Wasp nest under the terrace so impossible to eat outside or leave windows open (immediately 6 wasps inside). We told the reception, but it was not removed during our stay. A pity, because the terrace was nice and looking out over the green gardens.
Really loud music until 12h30 AM. We get it... people want to have fun and that's fine, but I'm sure that would've been possible even if the volume was turned down a little. Some people also want to sleep or read without being boomed out of their bed. For this reason I would not come here with my little kids even though the pool facilities are great for families with kids.
All in all it's a nice place, but it'll do a great job at reminding you that absolutely NOTHING is for free. If you're ok with that and you feel you would enjoy the loud ambience, it's a good deal.
