Los trabajadores del hotel son muy atentos, gracias a todos
Todo estuvo muy bien , me gustaría que hubiera un servicio de peluquería y que se organizará un bar con música alegre y con servicio de comidas rápidas para los que llegan tarde y quieran relajarse, por lo demás todo perfecto.

Reception staff are kind and 24h reception is always welcome. The view of the pool area is beautiful; The path to the private beach; Room is big; Wi-fi in the room is very good. Breakfast is not completely self-service (you order from a menu, but you can order as much as you want). you can see this as a positive in some ways like eating less and wasting less food, but also a negative for me of asking someone all the time for what I want. Another thing is that I saw some people eating things that were not on the menu and I was not informed about that.
First of all, the 2km dirt road to get to the property from the main road, with big wholes and after a raining day is not very fun driving with a small car. Second, the whole property is very outdated, wood is rotted, no paint has been done in the outside in years, the mattress is not very comfy for me (my partner liked it). About the common areas: the pool area is beautiful due to the view but still needs major update; there is a very tiny spa to fit maybe 3, the game room is completely falling apart (pool table, foosball and poker table) probably still originals from when they open the hotel. I definitely miss a gym there. TV didn’t work. Wi-fi in common areas do not work well.
