One of the greatest things about this hotel are the staff. They are all very kind and helpful, always making an extra step to provide information and help. Especially Mr. Renato from the Reception Desk (and his young trainee), and a tall gentleman with glasses who works in the bar (he was working during breakfast time when we were staying there).
The hotel is very nice. The setting is old fashioned, but not in a bad way - it is very charming and has a posh vibe. The setting is amazing, with a big pool and a very nice garden surrounding the place. There are shops 3 minutes on foot from the hotel. The breakfast is abundant and food very nice. We would definitely like to come back!
A small fridge in the room would be useful.

Convenient and comfortable
Disappointed to be told on arrival that the restaurant was closed and we had to go elsewhere for a meal.

The breakfast was good but needs alternate options. It was the same every day.
The room was very clean and the staff was helpful
Some of the lights did not work
No water in the rooms for guests
Hair dryer is very outdated
Pool rules were not told to us until we were in the pool. Did not know we needed swim caps.
Atmosphere is very blah. Perhaps some music would help or some outdoor lighting.
