Staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. We requested extra pillows and the receptionist sorted this out for us. The evening meal was very good, much better than we had expected and reasonably priced. The hotel was very clean. Location was great, close to the motorway. The car park felt very safe.
The bathroom needs updating. The shower was great, with very strong water pressure, but was let down by the horrible shower curtain, which kept sticking to you. The extraction fan had been taped over, so it didn't work, and the sink drained painfully slowly. Breakfast was a disappointment. The bread and croissants tasted stale (Friday morning).
