Lovely room, great breakfast selection and helpful staff. Lovely to receive a map of the town complete with Elephant Trail and also a list of recommended restaurants.
A minor point - on the 4th floor our nearest tea/coffee area was down on the 2nd floor. It would have been nicer to have a kettle in the room or at least on the same floor as our room.

The location was perfect, common rooms were very convenient , breakfast and free provision of coffee and tea were very good and the behaviour of the staff was excellent !
The space of the triple room given to us was inadequate ! The size of the room was the one of a standard double room ! Nevertheless, the bathroom was very ample . Also, the price of the room was quite expensive , given that its size was small !

Nice location and the shower was nice.
Small room with a tiny window. Only way to properly cool the room was by airco which felt a bit claustrophobic.
