The staff were amazing and the owners went out of their way to help us ,gave us a lift into Pitlochry as it was raining and collected us after our meal . So helpful and attentive the heating was on all night so we were cosy as it was sub zero outside ......we will be back
Bed was a little firm for me purley a personal preference , but it may suit people so not really a complaint

Room was very clean and tidy. The heating was also excellent, the room being very warm, even needing lowered at one point. Because it was early in the season the restaurant wasn't operational but breakfast was still served . Although the restaurant wasn't open the host drove us to a local one in his smart new Tesla car (which was a real experience!) and collected us later.
It was unfortunate that the restaurant wasn't yet open and breakfast had to be ordered rather than "help yourself". However that was probably due to our own reluctance to ask for extra items (eg fruit juice).
