All the hotel staffs are very friendly and approachable. The housekeepers are very hard-working staffs, I ask for what I needed in my room weekly and they always provide whatever I needed. The facilities of the hotel are quite new too. The breakfast included every morning was great, a lot to choose from, I stayed for almost a month, never missed a breakfast there.
The night I was checking in, there was some issues in regard to the payment when I tried to pay with my travel money card from Australia. The EFPOS machine charged the money successfully, but the payment wasn't properly processed until after a few days. Eventually the receptionists apologized to me for this and even send me snacks to make it up which I appreciated.

Location, staffs and breakfast
Room needs quite a bit of good maintenance.. floor was worn out. Fixtures were shaky. Proper dusting was not done.
