Das Hotel ist sehr ordentlich, das Personal sehr freundlich und das Essen im Restaurant reichhaltig und lecker.
Wenn man ein Zimmer mit Moselblick hat, ist es durch die Bundesstraße, die direkt am Hotel verläuft, sehr laut (bei geschlossenen Fensten geht es).

Ordentliches und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück.
Zimmer war über Fahrstuhl und Treppe gut erreichbar.
Meine Frau hatte im Zimmer etwas vergessen. Wurde uns nach Telefonat nachgesendet.
Das Zimmer insgesamt war ansprechend.
Bodenbelag war ein in die Jahre gekommener Teppichboden.
Auftritte der Hintertürtreppe (auch Fluchtweg) waren sehr schmal.
Das Hotel ist ein Nichtraucherhaus.
Im Bereich der Rezeption hat es immer stark nach Zigarettenqualm gerochen.
