Great Job Bavaria Biohotel. The staff members with the hotel did an exceptional job during our stay. They were very understanding and accommodating to meet the needs of my family. For instance, I checked into the hotel after operating hours; however, a staff member was available to check me into our rooms and provided me with instructions on how to access the rooms. Additionally, I misread the specifications of the rooms, and I reserved two single rooms, which has one twin bed in each room, for a family of four. I let the overnight staff member of my error, and he provided me with another room that was more accommodating. The following morning, the Biohotel staff, put two additional beds in each our rooms , which was a solution to my issue.
In summary, the Bavaria Biohotel staff was responsive, prompt, professional and showed that they cared about the well-being of the customer.

The staff greeted us with a friendly tone and she is also very helpful. However the location of the hotel is a bit far from the main station, 10 mins walk with a rough surface which is hard to access with luggages. Breakfast is good and room is comfortable, but the hotel is not spacious and no lift/kettle.

1. No pot in the room
2. No elevator, we very struggled with our big luggages up the stairs to our rooms
