équipement (clim avec tuyau cassé malgré notre demande cela n’a pas été changé) + SAV ( nous n’avons pas eu le bon appartement après plusieurs tentatives d’appels et de recherches du BON numéro, nous sommes aussi allés voir la sécurité 3 fois ils n’ont pas réussi à nous donner un numéro. Après avoir trouvé 1 numéro qui marche, on a finalement pu avoir le bon appartement à 1h du matin nous avons demandé un geste commercial, pour ce problème, apparemment cela devait être fait mais cela fait 1 mois et nous avons aucune nouvelle.
