The staff was very friendly, helpful, and overall really nice. Once I asked if they make pancakes for breakfast, and from then onwards every morning they ensured pancakes were on my table, which was very sweet of them. The location was superb.
Our room was quite small, and a sliding door was separating the bedroom from the toilet with a noticeable gap on the side of the door that could not provide a lot of privacy.

Very secure, large quiet balcony and peaceful pool area

The location was great.
Upon we arrival we were welcomed very nicely.
The porter was very informative.
Room was nice and big.
The TV had very bad signal. No channels to watch a proper show.
The coffee and milk in the room did not taste nice.
The mattress on the LHS is a bit worn out.
