Lovely hotel, good position in town close to shops and centre. Room was great, staff really helpful, food is excellent. Would recommend.

Nice location. Good car parking. Comfortable bed.
Slow check in. Only one poor guy on reception who was doing his best.
Was charged twice and only that I noticed, it wouldn’t have been flagged.
Room was freezing and I had to go to reception to ask for a heater.
No electric sockets close to bed - so annoying. Had to request an extension cord.
Just felt like a poor/low standard for a Radisson hotel! No manager contacted me
