About the Ermine:
This magnificent house (Hermine) of approximately 100 m2, was built in 2017 respecting the local architectural dominants and with the materials of the region (local stones), it is ideally located in the heart of the peninsula of Rhuys.
Situation:
The house is located in the small village of Kerguet near the center of Sarzeau (1.5 km accessible by cycle path) and 2 km from the large beach of Penvins and the castle of Suscinio.
Many paths and cycle paths allow you to visit the whole of the peninsula from the house, ocean side and gulf side (we will indicate the tracks to use).
Housing:
The house offers on the ground floor a very beautiful living space, a fully equipped kitchen, two storage cellars with wardrobe and shelves, a bathroom with WC. Upstairs, three bedrooms, one with a sitting or reading corner (library), a bathroom and an independent WC. Outside, a garden and a large terrace, all facing south and equipped with a lounge and garden table, parasol, barbecue, deckchairs. In winter the house has underfloor heating.
Sleeping:
3 bedrooms, two with 160 x 200 beds and one bedroom with 2 single 80 x 200 beds (or 160 bed on request).
Equipment :
The house is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, TV and internet (WIFI).
We provide you with 4 adult bikes, a ping-pong table, board games, libraries with many books and comics for children and adults, baby equipment (cot, high chair)
Availability and reception:
We live 3 km from the cottage and will be at your disposal to give you all the information on tourist places, bike tours, gourmet addresses, etc. If necessary, we will find solutions for your arrival and departure times. departure.
Activities:
Tourist places: Château Suscinio, the Gulf of Morbihan and its islands, Port du Crouesty, Vannes ...; many hikes on the coastal paths of the peninsula and in the surroundings; horse riding on the beaches (equestrian center of Sarzeau); shore fishing (oysters, clams, periwinkles, shrimps depending on the season); 18-hole golf course at Saint Gildas de Rhuys; sailing centers near the house with lessons and rental of kitesurfing, windsurfing, catamaran, paddle, dinghies; swimming lessons for toddlers insured throughout the summer period; sea kayaking accessible to all on the gulf (rental in the small villages of Kerners and Saint Armel).

3 night minimum.
July and August: 7 nights minimum
We provide bed, bathroom and household linen. Beds will be made upon arrival.

Very comfortable and well-equipped house in a good location to visit Sarzeau and surrounding area. It was great to have the bikes to make use of all the cycle paths. Hosts were very responsive to messages. I would certainly book again if we return to the area.

It was a spacious, comfortable and well equipped house, and the host was very pleasant, helpful and well organised. It was a nice quiet residential road, and well placed for visiting the beautiful area. We enjoyed using the bikes, but wish the weather hadn't been quite so hot, so that we could have walked and cycled further.

Very comfortable stylish house with everything that we needed to make your stay effotless.Location ideal for beaches, walks, cycle rides sight seeing and sailing. Fantastic range of sea food and good restaurants nearby.Plenty to keep us busy and comfortable and quiet for when wanted to laze and read a book.Our hosts were friendly and helpful.
