The apartment, fully equipped, can accommodate up to 4 adults.
It consists of a kitchen open to living room, a dining or work area, a bedroom, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a hallway.
The apartment is quiet and is located halfway and 5 minutes walk between the main square of Saint-Omer and the train station.

In order to receive you in the best conditions and to ensure your comfort, we put at your disposal the following basic necessities:

- sopalin / toilet paper
- condiments for cooking.

- A bed with a very comfortable mattress 140x190
- A convertible sofa bed 140 x 190, also very comfortable
- 3rd folding bed for one person
- a flat-screen TV
- High speed WIFI internet access
- A washing machine
- A refrigerator
- Vitro-ceramic plates
- A dishwasher
- A microwave oven
- A coffee machine
- A toaster
- Kettle
- A hair dryer
- Iron and ironing board
Access of travelers:
If you arrive by car, you can park for free on a parking space allocated in the secure residence.
If you arrive by train, the apartment is located 5 minutes walk, towards the Great Place of Saint-Omer.
Bail :
A deposit of 150 € will be required at the time of handing over the keys, to cover any damage, which will be returned at the exit.

Appartement petit mais suffisant pour 2, coquet, décoré avec goût.
Appartement bien équipé pour faire sa vaisselle, sa lessive ou même le ménage si besoin.
Place de parking très pratique pour la voiture.
A +- 1h de route de quelques grandes villes touristiques de la côte d’opale ( Boulogne, les 2caps,...)
Allez y les yeux fermés 😃

Très bon séjour, j’ai apprécié les petites attentions dans l’appartement :) tres fonctionnel et chaleureux .
J’ai apprécié le calme , le cadre.. petite résidence avec parking.
C’etait Vraiment top.
