The staff were polite and helpful and the hotel was clean.
Breakfast was very good but the coffee could have been better! If we wanted to order a cappuccino we would have to pay extra which was unacceptable!
The room was too hot with the air-conditioning off and the only way to cool the room was opening the window as the air-conditioning could not be controlled. If this wasn't an issue and the desserts weren't overpriced I would have given a 10
The bed wasn't attached to the headboard, so sitting up in bed pushed it away from the wall.
We ordered 2 desserts and 3 coffees at the restaurant and paid €41 - the desserts were over priced!

The location
The staff not very friendly. The food order was wrong, gave me what i was allergic to and they didn’t even care. The rooms are small and definitely not value for money. I paid extra to be in a bigger room and even that wasn’t impressive.
