S&K VILLAS are located just 150 meters to the popular beach of Kalamaki, an ideal beach for couples and families with young children. Kalamaki is situated approx. 5 km from the beautiful old Venetian port of Chania. A short stroll from the villas you can find restaurants, supermarkets and cafes.
S&K VILLAS contain 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, sleeps 10 people. The villas provide satellite TV in each bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, a media room and a playroom for younger children. The villas have each a private pool and sea views from the top floor balcony.

This villa was a very good choice and was beautifully maintained and in a very convenient position. We went as a family of 8 adults and all said the interior of the property was the best we had stayed in. Our only small problem is there was not much outdoor space, not enough sun beds for us all and really no sun after 3pm. We worked round this going to the beach later in the day which is literally 5 minutes away. We headed for the Blue Sea restaurant were if buying drinks/food they never charged for the sunbeds. They also provided the football mad boys with a TV to watch their beloved football. I would recommend this bar/restaurant which has recently changed hands - all the staff are very friendly.
Stavros - the owner of the villa was brilliant - he helped make our stay superb without being intrusive. He provide various Greek traditional food over our 10 days, cleaned the villa thoroughly every 3 days and left a wonderful welcome pack with basically everything you needed.
We loved Chania which was 10 minutes - 10 euro in a taxi and went there quite a few times in the evening. It was busy in August but we always managed to get a table and it is full of Greeks on holiday rather than the standard Brits which we loved. Stavros recommended some places to eat which we tried - all were delicious and we also chartered a boat for the day which Stavros also sorted for us.
I would recommend this Villa for anyone who appreciates quality and outstanding service.

My family and I visited S & K Villas, Kalamaki for a relaxing easter break.
We had high expectations, but our stay exceeded every one of them.
The villa is absolutely stunning and contains all the facilities, that you could possibly wish for.
It’s situated in a nice and homely neighbourhood very close to a beautiful beach, and in easy distance from the centre of Chania.
The owner, Stavros, and his gorgeous wife bent over backwards to make our stay as comfortable as possible, and their level of service went far beyond our requests. They are such an amazing couple!
We were indeed sad to leave, and there is no question, that we will return, as soon as w eget the opportunity to do so.
