Die Lage ausserhalb Arosa hat uns sehr gefallen. Mit der Bushaltestelle die in 3 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar war, konnten problemlos jeden Ort in Arosa erreichen. Die Betten waren tadellos und bequem. Die Wohnung ist klein aber gemütlich.

Die Inventar ist z.T. in die Jahre gekommen. Nicht mehr alles war in einwandfreiem Zustand. Griff an Schublade hielt nicht richtig. Licht beim Bett funktionierte nicht.
