Einfach perfekt! Extrem leckeres Essen, toller Wellnessbereich. Die Rodelpiste am Hotel ist ein Traum. Das ganze Hotel lädt zum Wohlfühlen ein.

Das Hotel liegt wunderschön gelegen an einem Hang, der im Winter eine Skipiste ist. Alles drumherum sehr grün und ruhig. Das Hotel ist sauber und modern. Wir finden jedoch, dass das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht in Ordnung ist. Für einen ähnlichen Preis erhält man nachweislich im Sauerland auch Zimmer in Hotels höherer Kategorie mit mehr Charme und insbesondere ohne Buffet essen, das von der Präsentation und der Qualität her für dieses Hotel der Kategorie nicht angemessen ist. Der große Frühstücks – und Restaurantsaal versprüht kein Ambiente. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die Kulanz des Hotels. Wir mussten eine Nacht früher abreisen und haben von den zwei Nächten nur eine Nacht zuzüglich einer geringen Stornierungsgebühr für die zweite Nacht gezahlt.
