This lovely upper unit is only 116 steps from the sand on the spectacular Balboa Peninsula featuring 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 full baths, and all the conveniences of home. Enjoy ocean breezes from your 2nd-floor outdoor balcony/deck complete with patio furniture, gas BBQ, and peek-a-boo ocean view.
The master bedroom is spacious featuring a California King-sized bed, plenty of room to store your clothes in the dresser drawers and closet, a flat-screen TV, and your own master bath. The guest bedroom has 4 twin beds, closet, and its own bathroom as well. All linens, towels, and beach towels are provided for you. There is a washer and dryer for your exclusive use. The entire home is equipped with wireless internet. There is a flat-screen TV in the master bedroom and living room as well as a DVD player.
Once settled and relaxed you will find that you are now located close to some of the best activities around. Great parks, world-class surfing, boogie boarding, sailing, boat rentals, deep-sea fishing, Catalina Island cruises, whale watching tours, parasailing, fun zone rides, and arcade, and the World Famous 'Wedge' where some of the biggest body surfing waves in the world can be found.

The home was comfortable, clean, well kept, and all inclusions were top notch. This property is in the best location. You’re in the mix, but it’s still quiet and comfortable. We were also able to use the beach cruisers and that was priceless for the teenagers!!!

Nice home with everything we needed to host friends for dinner a couple of nights. Great proximity to the beach for fun during the day and a moonlight stroll.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this home with lovely appointments. It had everything we had hoped for. The owners were a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely return and highly recommend this to anyone seeking a great rental in Newport.

We LOVED our stay at this West Newport Beach home! Perfect size for the 5 of us and a perfect location. Just steps from the beach and the water but just off the sand so it's a little quieter. The home is bright and airy and they have included every amenity you might desire. The bikes were an especially nice touch. We spent many hours riding around Newport. Can't wait to come and stay again!
