Outdoor area with pool, soccer field, fishing lake, balcony with table tennis, pool and geek. Cul de sac and close to nature. Next the cafeteria, bakery and square with playground for children. In just 15 minutes by car has shopping centers, where there are supermarkets, banks, etc. Close to the river, 50minutos and 50km away.

O imóvel é incrível, atende a todas as necessidades e expectativas.
Espaço amplos, tanto nos ambientes internos como nos ambientes externos.
A limpeza estava impecável, o local é super tranquilo e com comércios bem próximos, mais com aquela calmaria de estar na roça.
O caseiro (Naldo) foi super prestativo, tirou nossas dúvidas e nos auxíliou no que foi necessário.
Só tenho que parabenizar pelo local.
