Locations is great for us. We have a rental property down the street and this place makes it easy to go back and forth. Also, pet friendly. Quick walk to Drake Park and too many restaurants and breweries to count.
Yard maintenance crew showed up pretty early and woke us up. No biggie, they were very fast but still kind of loud.

The location is great if you want to stay in town. Short walking distance to grocery, food places and Deschutes river
Some of the basic stuff is a bit dated such as commode, kitchen faucet and leaking shower head.
