The apartment was great- very spacious and clean! We really liked staying there and felt like at home, everything we needed was available. The host was very kind and helpful and answered all our questions. Self check-in and check-out was very convenient. The only thing that was not great was the location, as it is far from the city centre and the building is next to a train station, which is very noisy, but we were aware of that from the beginning and we were happy with the price for a two-bedroom spacious apartment, so it was no problem for us. We arrived with a car and we were every day in a different city, so we did not look for a place in the centre - for us it was more important to have a parking place for the car and also 2 bedrooms. Also, there is a big supermarket next to the building, and available parking spot, which is a great plus. All in all - It is good value for money and we had a great stay. Thanks a lot for everything!
The only thing that could be considered as a minus is the location, but as I said, it was not such a big problem for us.

Mi è piaciuto tantissimo tutto, l'accoglienza all'arrivo, la disponibilità in caso di aiuto.
L'appartamento era fantastico al di sopra delle aspettative, pulito, luminoso e confortevole.
Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Mir hat die Größe der Wohnung gefallen und die Aufteilung der Zimmer. Ebenfalls auch die räumliche Trennung von Toilette und Dusche. Auch das die Küche einen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach hat. Auch hat mir sehr gut gefallen, dass der Vermieter zügig auf eine Anfrage reagiert hat.
Die Lage ist nicht schön und an der Außenseite befand sich ein Gerüst welches die Aussicht nach Außen versperrte. Ebenfalls hat die Waschmaschine nicht funktioniert und war defekt. Auch hat die Wohnung auch ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich und benötigt mal wieder etwas Auffrischung in Form von kleineren Reparaturarbeiten. Auch ist der Innenhof sehr schmutzig. Für Fahrer mit Elektrofahrzeugen ist zu sagen, dass die Unterkunft keine Möglichkeit zum Laden bereitstellt. Auch sollte die Möglichkeit einer anderen Zahlung der Gebühren für die Stadt angeboten werden. Eine Barzahlung mit dem hinlegen des Geldes in der Wohnung wirkt doch etwas unseriös.
