About this house rental
This portion of the house is the ideal holiday accommodation for those who love nature, trekking, and sport climbing. The house is located in the Schievenin Valley, which has a high naturalistic value for biodiversity and for the life of both animal and vegetable species not visible in other areas. A wide network of paths branches off from the valley and goes up to the Sassumà, Tomatico mountains and the Valdumella, Conte, Paoda and Zavate huts. The rock gym of Schievenin, which branches off from the valley towards Monte Grappa, is among the most popular in Veneto both for the quality of the rock and for the beauty of the environment. There are more than 400 pitches in different sectors and the gym is frequented daily for training and school by numerous climbers. The sun exposure of many of the scalable routes makes it possible to climb even in winter. The localities of Prada and Cilladon are suggestive places from which you can enjoy a wide panorama towards the surrounding mountains and the plain. The house is furnished with antique and modern furniture, has a large attic room where you can accommodate groups of people, 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. On the ground floor there is a kitchen equipped with all appliances and a large lounge where you can relax. A few hundred meters away there is an area equipped with a playground and a picnic area. There are really countless excursions to be undertaken in this area and of varying difficulty. Winter sports enthusiasts can choose between the ice rink in Feltre (about 20 minutes by car) and the nearby area of Monte Avena (approx. 20 km), with its 20 km of downhill slopes, tracks for cross-country skiing and woods for walking or snowshoeing. The Schievenin family offers as an additional service the rental of a 9-seater minibus with and without driver, to make your holiday comfortable.
