Overall every thing was very clean, everything we needed was there. Could not fault the overall ambience of the cottage.

Property was clean, lovely hamper left for us, great location, mousetrap inn next door was very very nice…great breakfast. And Smyths burgers were brilliant,, best burger I’ve had in ages, defo worth a visits. Would definitely stay here again

the advertised hamper for two night stay was missing then topped up with eggs, oil and bath foam: this didn’t see like a hamper
there was no ice tray freezer compartment in the fridge: no ability to make ice for drinks
the sugar bowl was filled with washing powder granules which was an unexpected surprise : perhaps a previous guest made a mistake
the tv was difficult to turn on and off
the electric shower was a little weak
