Ferienhaus Wiesengrund mit vier Ferienwohnungen auf 1500 qm großem Grundstück, in ruhiger Wohnlage an der Prien mit herrlichen Blick auf die Berge. Letztes Haus in der Wiesengrundstr. 62, zwei Wohnungen behindertenfreundlich im Erdgeschoss, zwei Wohnungen im 1. Stock. 500 m Fußweg zur Orthopädischen Kinderklinik und ca. 800 m in den Ort zu verschiedenen Gaststätten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, zum Bahnhof und zur Bushaltestelle. Verschiedene Spazier- und Wanderwege direkt ab Haus führen am Fluss der Prien entlang, in Richtung Landschaftsschutzgebiet Bärnsee oder in die umliegenden Berge und Almen wie Kampenwand. Bedingt Behindertengerecht / Kinder-Rollstuhl, bitte informieren Sie sich vor Buchung ob die Wohnung für Ihr Handicap passend ist.
Nichtraucher Ferienwohnung 75 qm mit Süd-Balkon. Zwei separate Schlafzimmer: ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein Schlafzimmer mit Französischem Bett 1,40 x 2 m. Großes Wohnzimmer mit zwei Schrankbetten für je 1 Person, Kabel-TV, W-LAN und Couch. Extra Küche mit Eckbank, Backofen und Kühlschrank. Zwei Badezimmer mit Dusche/WC.
