Newly remodeled with floors, granite countertops, tumbled marble backsplash, stove, extra-large sized refrigerator, beds, new flat screen TVs, cable in every room, and a blue-ray DVD player. There is a King sized bed in the primary bedroom, a queen sized bed in the second bedroom, and Queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. Double balcony with a superior river view of the World's best river. 835 SF. Sleeps 6. Absolutely No Smoking in condo or on Balcony. No Pets.

Our Comal River vacation condos have views of the Comal River, the riverside pool, hot tub, and are within walking distance of downtown New Braunfels, TX.
~What To Bring~
Paper and kitchen products (extra paper towels, coffee filters, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, extra trash bags), cleaning supplies (dish soap, laundry soap for onsite laundry, food items, personal hygiene supplies, and grilling equipment. We place two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom and two trash bags in the kitchen, some dish soap and small bars of bath soap; be sure to bring additional supplies you may need.
***Note- You will need to bring clean up and river towels. Our towels are for bathing purposes only. We do NOT offer towel exchange. Stained/torn linens are subject to damage deposit.
Towels- See below for the amount of bath towels you will be given for your stay. You will need to bring additional towels if you think you will need more.

Wristbands required on property.
No Walk In Guests allowed. Only guests with wristbands are allowed on property.
No BBQ grills or cookers allowed on premises per city ordinance, especially not on balconies.
No fireworks or bonfires per city ordinance.
QUIET TIME - 11 pm. Quiet time includes condos, balconies, grounds, pool and parking lot.
All vehicles must have River Run specific Parking Tags - Condo # and expiration date required.
No life guards on duty. Swimming at individual risk.
Hallways, corridors and stairwells shall NOT be blocked in any manner to include tubes or ice chests per fire code.
Pool furniture NOT to be removed from gated pool area.
Luggage carts to be returned to ground floor after use.
No glass objects allowed in the river area grounds or in pool area.
Pool Hours: 9 am - 11 pm. Pool may be closed from time to time for emergency maintenance.

This unit was very convenient for our stay to enjoy Wurstfest. The unit was clean and well equipped, however, it is definitely in need of updates! The bathroom fixtures are so old, if you are taller than 5’3” you will not fit under the shower head! The towels were old and stained.

The trip was close, affordable and a great time. The condo needs a little updating but the overall experience was great with the river and tub rental location being right on the river and next too each other.

We stayed here an traveled around hill country. River too chilly for Grandma so kids did the pool. This would be great for warm weather right on the river!

Needs lots of updates and a few areas weren't as clean as they probably should have been. Not to mention there are a ton of rules to follow and procedures to check out that should not have to be done by guests (ie: putting all towels away and doing the dishes).
