The location is very central. The decor is tasteful, both in the studios and in the Reception / lounge area. The studio facilities are excellent.
Mosquito bites during the night affected both of us. I recommend mosquito meshes for the windows.

Good location, quick walk to St Bavos. Tram stop also very close. We had a quiet room on the 3rd floor facing the courtyard which was great. So we had no issues with noise. The lockers to store our bags before check in and after check out were very helpful! Room itself was very spacious. Staff at front desk were very nice.
The bathroom sink and shower drains were quite smelly with visible scum. They need a thorough clean. The shower wasn't well sealed so there was a lot of water leaking out the side. Kitchenette tap was installed incorrectly so that made turning it on to get water a bit of a puzzle. Mattresses are unfortunately not that supportive.

I had a good night sleep
Feels dirty. The sofa as bed, not the best. If it was a double bed with mattress would be much better. It was very cold.
