About this apartment rental
The Cocoonr agency is offering for rent, less than a kilometer from the beach, in Saint-Malo, in the heart of the Saint-Servan district, this charming 32 m² flat, completely renovated by a decorator, located on the 2ᵉ floor (no lift) of a beautiful character co-owned property and can accommodate two travelers.
The accommodation includes :
- A living room with TV, fully-equipped open kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso pod coffee machine...
- One bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) that can be separated into 2 single beds (option to be specified when booking).
- A shower room with shower, bathroom sink, heated towel rail and WC.
The flat is ideally located in Saint-Servan, in very pleasant surroundings. All the shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are within easy reach.
2 mini-markets open 7 days a week are less than 500 meters away on foot (at Les Bas Sablons and near Ste Croix church) and a Carrefour Market is 50 meters away in Rue Ville Pepin.
Activities :
- A market on the Place de Saint-Servan 200 m away on Tuesdays and Fridays in the halles where you will find fresh fish. There is a small oyster market every Sunday in Place Bouvet (Place du Théâtre).
- Saint-Servan is famous for its main shopping street, the Solidor tower and the Cité d'Aleth, the birthplace of Saint-Malo.
- You can get to the Intra-muros historic centre in 15 minutes on foot down the Saint-Servan shopping street.
- Beaches and walks: protected from the wind and bathed in sunshine, Saint-Servan's beaches and charming coves are ideal for families. On the bas-Sablons beach, just below the Place du Théâtre, you can enjoy lunch or a drink at the Bac'O Sablons while your children play on the sand below.
- Just a stone's throw from the flat, you can enjoy the Bel Air park and its children's play areas. We also recommend a stroll along the Corniche d'Aleth, the birthplace of Saint-Malo with its Gallo-Roman remains and the ruins of its neo-Romanesque cathedral, or a little further afield.

Cosy Breizh "🙂 Comfortable apartment with everything you need. Clean and bright and airy. Very close to the beach and town.
🙁 Our only negative would be the noise from the street below. The apartment is in a great location with shops, restaurants and cafes on the high street right beneath. But that did mean there was traffic and people noise at most hours."
