About this apartment rental

Das Haus Simonbauer befindet sich in Reit im Winkl im Ortsteil Unterbichl. Unser familienfreundliches Bauernhaus (ehemaliger Bauernhof) in ruhiger, sonniger Lage und wunderbarem Bergblick, garantiert Ihnen Erholung pur. Wir bieten Ihnen zwei, im Sommer 2007 neu renovierte, Zwei-Raum-Ferienwohnungen im 1. Obergeschoss. Zwei bis vier Personen finden darin ausreichend Platz. Die liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnungen mit Massivholzmöbeln und Parkett sind allergikerfreundlich und ein idealer Platz zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen. Im Wohnraum befinden sich jeweils eine Doppelbettcouch, eine Eßecke, eine Küchenzeile sowie ein Fernseher. Ein separates Doppelzimmer mit Dusche-WC kann zusätzlich zu den Wohnungen gebucht werden. Desweiteren steht Ihnen ein kostenloser W-Lan Zugang zum Internet zur Verfügung, Sie benötigen lediglich Ihren Laptop. Für den entspannten Start in den Tag servieren wir Ihnen auf Wunsch gerne ein reichhaltiges Frühstück in unserer Bauernstube mit Kachelofen. Im Sommer steht Ihnen unsere Liegewiese mit Grillmöglichkeit zur Verfügung. Das Haus Simonbauer ist auch ein perfekter Ausganspunkt für Wanderungen und Mountainbike-Touren. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich der Golfplatz von Reit im Winkl. Die Skibushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür. So kommen Sie bequem zu allen Loipen und können sich der Pistengaudi unbekümmert hingeben. Ihr Vorteil als unser Gast: Wir sind Partner-Vermieter/Betrieb der Reit im Winkl Schwimm-Card. Sie haben dadurch die Möglichkeit, zusätzlich zu unseren eigenen Leistungen weitere kostenlose Leistungen zu erhalten, wie z.B. freien Eintritt im Frei- und Hallenbad, im Kössener Wald-Freibad sowie am Walchsee. Wir freuen uns Sie als unsere Gäste begrüßen zu dürfen! Ihre Familie Pfaffinger.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung. Familie Pfaffinger hat uns sehr herzlich aufgenommen. Man konnte direkt hinterm Haus loswandern und zum Ortskern war es auch nicht weit.
