About this apartment rental
Castiglion Fiorentino is not your typical touristic location. It is a true Italian village, perfect place to live like a local. The apartment is just off the main road (Corso Italia) and is accessed up a flight of stairs. You will be welcomed by our fruitful olive tree. We believe our charming studio with its vaulted ceiling and 14th century archways is the ultimate place to kick back and relax. It is very cozy and amazingly peaceful. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you need to unleash your culinary talents. I have supplied the kitchen with some basics such as salt, pepper, coffee and sugar. There is a small table for dining inside. There is also a washing machine. Down a few steps, you'll find a large open floor plan with a queen size bed and bathroom at one end and a large living area with a sofa bed and television at the other. The bathroom has a sink, toilet, bidet, and walk-in shower. You will find fluffy towels, shower gel and shampoo. There is also an air conditioning/heating unit with a dehumidifier. The authentic structure within the medieval walls sometimes requires the dehumidifier in rainy, wet weather. Our apartment is ideal for couples looking for a romantic break and families seeking a relaxing getaway. Perfect for visitors to Santa Chiara Study Center.

We came with our daughter, who is studying in the area, and found this to be close to her residence, easy to get anywhere in the town, beautiful patio to relax and drink wine on or have a meal! Wonderful communication with the host and she was able to help us get into town from the train station (with our many bags!)
