Amazing food and breakfast. Rooms spacious and host very available.
There was some weird smell of stagnant water - not sure though - it might have nothing to do with the property per se.

The house is very beautiful, the breakfast is very good, the place is also super clean, silent and safe. A peaceful place to be. The host (Luca) was the best.

Location about a 15 minute walk or short car ride from the city center in a quiet residential area, clean, decent breakfast, friendly host with easy communication around check-in times, strong AC, huge bathroom in the Francesca room. Free street parking up front.
Lot of muskitoes outside in early summer at night, so we cooled the room with the AC at night and kept the windows closed at night.
