De rustige ligging. Fietsen mochten in de garage staan. Redelijk koel huis bij hoge temperatuur buiten.
Ontbijt op bestelling. Zelf opnoemen wat je wilt is best lastig als je niet weet wat er te krijgen is. Een invullijst is dan veel praktischer. Badkamer van eind jaren 60?
