About this house rental
The house is located in the center of Quiberon in the Roch Priol district, near the city center (500 meters) and the large beach (400 meters) but removed from the bustle of the city. It is possible to rent all or part of it for groups of 4 to 12 people.
Each of the 5 bedrooms has a bathroom and a separate and private toilet, which preserves everyone's privacy.
The house can accommodate up to 12 people :
- Access to the swimming pool, the garden and all the equipment (4 bikes, barbecue),
- Ground floor comprising, entrance hall, lounge, kitchen, utility room, office, wc.
First floor :
- A master suite with dressing room, reading corner, television, bathroom and separate toilet.
- Another bedroom with bathroom and separate wc.
On the second floor :
- One bedroom with bathroom and separate toilet, south-facing balcony overlooking the garden and Quiberon,
- Second bedroom with bathroom, separate toilet, balcony with Quiberon view,
- Third bedroom bathroom with bath, separate toilet.
- A sixth bedroom with Bunk beds .
In the case of a rental for 4 people, only the first floor will be open with the parental suite and a bedroom. A reduction owill be applied to the displayed price.
Private tree-lined garden of approximately 1000 square meters, with heated swimming pool accessible in season, 8X4m, robinia terrace and solar shower.
Outdoor parking and possibility of two to three cars inside the property.
The garden, the terrace, the swimming pool will invite you to rest and relax in the shade or in the sun. You can choose the right place for your breakfasts, lunches or dinners and barbecue.

The title of the song from Grease sums up our holiday experience perfectly…..We loved the property ❤️…… it was so spacious and facilitated our family of 11 (adults and kids) brilliantly!!! The heated pool was the highlight of the holiday and was given plenty of use….Every bedroom had its own large shower room and separate toilet….a must with 3 different households sharing!! Overall we were more than delighted with this beautiful property and would have no hesitation in renting it again 👍👍

Très bon séjour dans une maison familiale agréable. Excellent accueil. Dossier très bien documenté. Cuisine très bien équipée. Chambres spacieuses avec chacune salle de bain et WC. Equipement audio, vidéo, WIFI très complet. Quartier calme, situation idéale près du centre ville et de la côte pour de belles balades.
