Alles in Ordnung bis auf einen fehlenden Fahrstuhl. Personen unseres Alters fällt der Koffertransport in die 2. Etage schon schwer. Hier sollte eine Dienstleistung angeboten werden.
Kritikpunkt: Bezahlung wurde über Visa angeboten. Anzahlung war so schon abgeblockt ,letztlich aber akzeptiert. Restzahlung aber über Visa strikt abgelehnt. Das hat die Reiserücktrittsversicherung meiner ADAC -Visa-Card außer Kraft gesetzt,
weil mehr als die Hälfte des Gesamtpreises über die Karte bezahlt werden muss. Eine Erklärung Ihrerseits
steht noch aus.
