The room was awesome - from the layout to the kitchenette to the bathroom, which was a religious experience ! The mattress was firm and comfy, with lots of pillows and brilliant night-side tables that had "everything bases" which had an outlet and a USB port with the on/off switch at the bottom which is easy to turn off from bed without reaching too high. The staff was amazing and friendly; breakfast was a plus and very well-stocked with everything you could want. Location was ideal (aided by the grid-layout of the city, which made navigation easy).

One spot of mildew in one corner of the shower; slamming doors which shook the room at night disturbed our sleep. Pork sausages (instead of turkey) would have been more flavorful. The chilled fresh fruit was nearly frozen, which made it difficult to eat.

That it was a pet friendly hotel and the whole place had animal smell and the elevators had black paw prints everywhere and dogs were barking all night long and I am highly allergic to Dogs & Cats. I wish I know all this when I booked. I will not stay at this hotel again.
