About this chalet rental
From a tool shed dating back to the end of the 18th century, renovated about ten years ago, a modern building respectful of the architectural structure of the past became a place to enjoy the nature and holidays in Tuscany. With the addition of the swimming pool, the arrangement of the garden, the fantastic panorama, the ‘tool shed’ is today a wonderful holiday home.
A short distance from the main house, the ‘Casale’ is a completely independent building also for all services (heating, water, electricity, gas …). It is today an apartment of over 70 square meters, with an attention to all details, furnished with great care and equipped with all those comforts that invite you to enjoy a relaxing holiday in the midst of nature enjoying genuine living and vacation.
The ‘Casale’ is composed of a large living / dining area which leads to the fully equipped kitchen wall and, through a hallway, to the bathroom and to a bedroom with two single beds that can become a double bed. Always from the living room there is the access to a second bedroom with a double bed.
All the rooms have an independent opening to the outside and for the exclusive use of guests a large 'natural gazebo’, entirely wrapped by ivy, invites for outdoor breakfasts and dinners. Or it can be simply used as a shady and silent place to rest and doze protected from the direct sun.
The facilities of the ‘Casale’ are: washing machine, refrigerator, air-conditioning, heating, WiFi, TV, DVD player, radio alarm clock, electric kettle, mosquito nets, hairdryer, hammocks, drying rack, private parking….
The house is suitable for families with children, even small ones, as there are no animals and the garden, over 2,000 square meters, is a vast space among olive trees and flowers where children can play safely; Contributes to the tranquillity also the access road that ends at the 'Casale' and where traffic is zero.
And of course guests have exclusive access to the swimming pool (10.50 x 5.50 x 1.0 m) equipped with deckchairs, sun beds, a shower and a breathtaking panoramic view.
But you can also take advantage of the central position of the ‘Casale’ in Maremma and Tuscany to do some sight seeings and excursions and you only have the embarrassment of choice: the cultural cities of Florence, Pisa, Siena, the islands of Elba, Giglio and Giannutri, the seaside towns of Follonica, Porto Santo Stefano, Punta Ala, the beautiful cities in Maremma of Pitigliano, Sovana, Manciano, the Saturnia, Petriolo and Rapolano Spas…. and much more.

Super maison
Le logement est très bien aménagé et confortable. La vue est superbe. On peut profiter du calme au bord de la piscine.
L'accès est un peu difficile par le chemin non goudronné, il ne faut pas avoir une voiture trop basse. Le WiFi ne fonctionne pas très bien et la 4G est difficile à capter.

Schönes kleines Häuschen mit zweckmäßiger Ausstattung in sehr schönen Grundstück. Wir hatten den Pool, den Norberto, der Besitzer, mit viel Liebe pflegt, für uns alleine. Norberto wohnt auch mit auf dem Grundstück, war sehr hilfsbereit und aber zurückhaltend. Was toll war, dass die Endreinigung im Preis enthalten war und nach einer Woche sogar nochmal die Putzfrau kam und uns frische Handtücher gebracht hat und die Betten frisch überzogen !
Es war alles da, was man braucht und formal und architektonisch sehr schön.
Wasserversorgung war super, wir haben schon anderes erlebt !
Dass wir die Terrasse auf dem Haus von Norberto benutzen konnten ( mit super Ausblick!) war toll, das wäre nämlich ein Manko des Hauses, es hat sonst keine schöne Terrasse direkt am Haus.
