The property is located near the Napoli train station, you can reach the hotel in less than 5minutes depending on how fast you walk. The staff were really responsive and helpful even the cleaning lady was so sweet! Francesco was very reachable and friendly. They speak good english too! They serve the breakfast in your room which is very convenient. The room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels. The room was spacious and bright with a terrace overlooking the area, the rooms were quiet despite being near the train station. The property is located at the topfloor of a building, There is elevator which is quite old but decent and functional, We will definitely book this hotel again!
I can not say anything bad about the property.
But as a tourist, be vigilant on your way from the train station to the property. There are lots of people outside and some looks sketchy.

The room, the sheets and the towels were very clean. Very good (and quiet) AC. Although the room was small, there was enough space for luggage and hangers for clothes and a little fridge. The staff was very welcoming and helpful! The location near the train station and the airport shuttle bus stop is perfect for a short layover.
It’s the little things like no soap and only a bottle of shampoo in the shower, no toilet seat (?!), nothing to put on toiletries in the bathroom. The vending Maschine didn’t work. The rooms are definitely not soundproof! You can hear every conversation outside and we had a room next to the entrance so we could hear every person coming/ going. The reception is not 24/7 (but communication via WhatsApp was really good and helpful with the self check-in). The WiFi didn’t work and wasn’t fixed although we complaint about it twice. For a short stay and for the money it’s ok - just don’t expect too much!
