About this apartment rental
Quaint and cozy apartment at the first and second floor of a medieval tower, situated in the ancient part of the village, peaceful because only pedestrian.
It has one bedroom with wooden ceiling and wooden beams, with a double bed and a single bed.
Living room with a cozy fireplace (we provide a generous basket of firelogs), spatious table + 5 chairs, double sofa bed, TV, WiFi.
Full equipped kitchen (gas, microwave, pots and pans, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, two italian cofee pots for 3 and 6 cups, american coffee pot).
Bathroom with shower, hairdryer, fan heater.
Washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Maps, books and tourist info in different languages.
Big sunny terrace with table, chairs, sun deckchairs, small barbecue.
Terrace: a big terrace with table, chairs, deckchairs is outside the tower, in front of the entrance of the tower.
Parking: the heart of the village is medieval with just pedestrian alleys: a big public parking, free with no time limit, is at 100 meters from the house, behind the church. Private parking on disposal for our guests is at 200 meters from the tower (close to the restaurant “Breglia”): fenced, uncovered and unattended.

This is a beautiful character property in a beautiful medieval village. Lucia is very pleasant, has excellent communication skills and knowledge of local attractions. The terrace attached to the property is very nice and the village offers excellent walks for those who enjoy walking. It is perhaps not suitable for those with limited walking abilities. We really enjoyed our stay and will be going back for sure.

Our host could not be more helpful and this peaceful location up in the mountain is a perfect stop for exploring the mid-lake area.The breakfast terrace catches the sun and was our favourite part of the day. Very typical appartment and very friendly support. Not really at the lake and without direct lake view but a quiet hide-away if you are looking for some days away from the busy life.

The medieval tower apartment was absolutely perfect for our little family! We loved the history and charm of Breglia. Lucia is incredibly knowledgeable about the village and the surrounding area, and provides a ton of information that we used to plan our time there. I would encourage anyone hesitant to just go ahead and book. This is an absolutely wonderful rental with so much to enjoy in the area.
