Camping Les Hautes Prairies

Le camping est bien placé, la piscine et le jacuzzi sont très bien (malgré que le jacuzzi n'était pas très propre à notre arrivée), le personnel est disponible et très agréable. La clim ne refroidit quasiment pas, le ménage est vraiment fait "à la va vite", le linge de lit est noté comme inclus mais ne l'est pas, c'est zn supplément, idem pour le lit parapluie. Il pourrait y avoir une éponge un peu de liquide vaisselle pour les séjours de 2/3 nuits c'est embêtant de venir avec. Le départ est noté jusqu'à 10h, sauf qu'à l'arrivée on vous dit qu'il faut prendre rendez-vous pour l'état des lieux mais que tous les créneaux de 10h sont pris. Le tarif est vraiment très élevé pour la prestation

La piscina y la limpieza

No había papel de wáter, ni algunos de cocina, y las sábanas las tenías que pagar aparte (15 eur). La ubicación muy bien, el pueblo a 500 metros , se puede ir andando y además es muy bonito.

De ligging was mooi in een groen gebied en op nog geen kilometer van het dorp. De faciliteiten op de camping waren goed met o.a. een groot zwembad, speeltuin, bar.

De slaapvertrekken en bedden waren krap. De campingwinkel was wel erg beperkt. Er was geen waterkoker in het huisje. I.t.t. een eerder huisje op een andere camping waren lakens niet inbegrepen en behoorlijk duur om te huren.

It was a nice and rather enjoyable place to stay in. Heated swimming pool and deliverance of fresh bread in the morning much appreciated. The chalet itself very neat and built in a comfortable way. There was, though, an important disappointment described below.

At check out we were told that we hadn’t cleaned the studio and were charged 80 euros for that. The snag in this was the lack of information as to what was expected from us, from Booking.com or the reception; no signs or oral information whatsoever. To be clear: the normal procedure is not to clean the place that you book on a hotel site like booking.com. When there is a kitchenette, one would also expect some washing-up detergent at hand. None of that. But still, we left the place as clean and spotless as it could be. If we had known the regulations beforehand we would of course have cleaned the place more thoroughly by the rules, but we had no time at such a short notice. I have written to customers complaint without any response.
