About this villa rental
Please note: As of August 2nd 2024 a new legislation in the Valencian Community only permits holiday, villa rental's for a maximum of ten consecutive night's per booking .
Overlooking the small village of Benidoleig this outstanding, secluded, privately owned family villa is situated in the rustic setting of ‘Aldea de las Cuevas, surrounded by splendid panoramic views with the Mediterranean Sea in the distance.
Built on two levels the villa provides plenty of living space and four large air-conditioned bedrooms.
The main entrance to the villa is on the ground floor which opens into a second comfortable lounge/living area with TV. In addition Two large air-conditioned bedrooms, a separate bathroom, large laundry room and
Up stairs the first floor opens to a conditioned spacious open plan lounge and dining room and seat eight people for inside dining and access to a large balcony providing an alternative dinning area with stunning views, An ideal setting to sit and enjoy the excellent rustic beauty stunning sunsets and sunrises. The main living room offers a flat screen TV, cable, satellite and internet channels, with amazing views and access to the pool, the patio door opens.to a secluded walled garden area with well stocked walled terraces filled with mature trees, shrubs and flowers providing guests with complete privacy to sunbath, swim and relax. The kitchen is modern and well kitted out, again with access to a covered shaded seating swimming pool, Casita bar, barbecue, outside bathroom and poolside shower. Sun loungers , swimming towels and garden furniture are provided.
There is plenty to do during your stay. ‘Benidoleig’ is, a friendly Spanish community, with cash point, chemist, newspaper shop, florist, and well stocked supermarket with several small bars and restaurants, I recommend . ‘Gastrotaberna Temple Bar’ and ‘Bar Bonavista’ offer excellent fine dining and tapas.
Service Charge
Cleaning and laundry are to be paid directly to the house keeper in Euro's. this is dependent on the number of guests.
There is a 100 Euro deposit for electricity, The meter will be read on and arrival and departure and the balance of unused electricity units not used will be refunded.

The house is amazing. Whoever designed the layout should be applauded. We immediatley felt 'at home' and relaxed.You have access to sun or shade throughout the day via the lovely terraces and the pool area is blessed with sunshine most of the day. The view from the front (see photos) is superb.The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are large and the air con is very efficient. The open plan kitchen and dining area is large and blends into the very large lounge, which has an amazing picture window looking out to sea and Denia.The kitchen has everything you need.

It's always hard to guage the size and quality of a property from the webpage but this villa did not disappoint on both fronts. Large communal areas and bedrooms. Kitchen very well equipped and all at a high standard. Pool is fab and a really good size

Beautiful villa with lovely spacious rooms. Fantastic pool area which suited our needs.
Needs a couple of bathrooms up dating, but apart from that, perfect!
