About this villa rental

A short distance from sailing, scuba diving, and more, this family-friendly villa lets you experience it all. Jump into your car and make short work of the 24-minute drive to Viareggio Beach or the 32-minute drive to Forte dei Marmi Beach (and enjoy the property's convenient onsite parking in the meantime).

Relax by the outdoor pool or sip a drink in the garden of this 2691-sq-ft villa, which also features a deck or patio and a firepit. For a change of scenery, come inside and try your hand at table tennis, or enjoy the WiFi and cable/satellite TV.

This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom rental features a living room, a BBQ grill, a fireplace, and a safe. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, a bidet, and towels. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a microwave. And because there's access to laundry facilities, you can go a bit lighter on your packing.

Wir waren mit einer anderen Familie (insgesamt 7 Personen in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Es ist sehr groß, mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, einem wunderbaren Garten und dem Highlight des tollen Pools. Die Vermieterin Simonetta ist wirklich sehr nett. Vom Buchen bis zur Schlüsselübergabe hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage auf dem Berg bietet eine wunderbare Aussicht bis zum Meer, hat allerdings auch den Nachteil, daß man bis zum Strand ca. 30 Minuten braucht. Empfehlenswert sind auf jeden Fall Ausflüge nach Lucca und Pisa in der näheren Umgebung. Im Nachbarort Corsanico gibt es eine sehr leckere Pizzeria, wo man sehr nett im Hinterhof sitzen kann und gute Küche zu einem sehr guten Preis genießen kann. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Dank nochmal an Simonetta und schöne Grüße.

Wir haben 2 Wochen in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Die Einrichtung war komplett und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der große Salzwasserpool ist toll. Man kann dort den ganzen Tag schwimmen und sich abkühlen. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Terassen. Von der oberen Terasse hat man einen atemberaubenden Blick zum Meer, über Viareggio bis hin nach Pisa. Auf der unteren Terasse kann man alle Mahlzeiten im Schatten einnehmen. Nur wenige Meter entfernt ist eine Bar mit kleinem Lebensmittelladen. Dort bekommt man alles Notwendige zu kaufen. Gaststätten befinden sich ebenfalls in der näheren Umgebung. Für uns war das Haus auch Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die herrliche Umgebung (Lucca, Pisa etc.) und natürlich zum Baden ans Meer. Ein Punkt, der unsere Urlaubsstimmung etwas getrübt hat, war die Mückenplage. Hier wäre es schön gewesen, wenn Gitter bzw. Netze an den Fenstern gewesen wären. Für diejenigen, die auf WLAN angewiesen sind, der Hinweis, dass Internet zwar vorhanden, die Verbindung aber sehr, sehr langsam ist. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub. Geweldig huis, mooier dan op de foto. Mooi uitzicht en volledige privacy. Heerlijk zwembad en van alle gemakken voorzien. Op loopafstand brood en wat dagelijkse benodigdheden. Op 5 minuten afstand pizza en 5 minuten de andere kant op in Pedona een superrestaurant met mooi uitzicht. Behulpzame eigenaresse en alles schoon, echt een aanrader

De woning was in zeer goede staat. Aan alles was gedacht in dit huis. De ligging was prima, evenals de voorzieningen waaronder het zwembad. De ontvangst was zeer hartelijk. De eigenaar heeft ons twee flessen wijn gegeven, van goede kwaliteit.
