- 1 sea view lounge with 1 sofa bed, sleeping 2 people (duvet and duvet cover provided) coffee table.
- 1 dining room overlooking the sea
- 1 flat screen TV visible from the living room and the dining room.
- 1 fully equipped kitchen
- gas plates
- dishwasher
- multifunction oven (microwave function)
- coffee maker, toaster
- 1 bathroom with a large shower, hairdryer dry towels. Towels provided.
- 1 WC.
- 1 washing machine
- 1 balcony with stunning views of the beach with table and chairs.
- 1 private parking space in inner courtyard.
- Cot and high chair available on request.

The real bonus of this apartment is its location. A balcony view over the beach, and situated close to the port area with many restaurants and bars. It also provides a secure car park space which is very important in this busy area.
Our second visit here, and a place we enjoyed very much.

Everything at this property worked well. Secure parking; a clean, spacious and well equipped apartment for the two of us; a nice balcony overlooking the beach; very close to restaurants and bars, a number of which we visited and enjoyed; the steps by the port which lead up to Cap d'Erquy also provide access to some good walking area.
