About this apartment rental
Beautiful studio of 31m2, tastefully decorated, with a large terrace and views of the garden and the sea without vis-à-vis.
The beach is only a few tens of meters on foot!
For your car: secure parking (gate with digital lock)
The apartment has been recently renovated and refitted with shower room, fitted wardrobes, BZ sofa for 2 adults and reading corner (or sleeping area for 1 to 2 young children).
The kitchen area is equipped with two electric plates, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine ... A table and four chairs inside and outside make it possible to take the breakfasts and the meals where it seems to you in all conviviality.
For your relaxation, you will also find on the terrace a 2 seater sofa and an armchair.
For better comfort: reversible air-conditioning (summer / winter), good acoustic quality of the door and the bay window. 40 "TV.
In the residence: ice machine and children's playroom; laundry room; bicycle and windsurfing room.
The residence is ideally located, in a preserved area, in a quiet area. The pier for the islands of Porquerolles and Port-Cros is only 3km (our advice: take the bus!), Just like the beach of the Almanarre - high place of the fans of windsurfing and kite surfs.
Very nice walks in perspective, on foot or by bike, in the ornithological nature reserve of the peninsula of Giens and towards the Capte, the Port of Hyères and the Aygade.
We also recommend nice walks in Hyères, old-world charm, on Saturday morning for the market.
And if you follow the coast from the east, you will reach the road that will lead you - often through the vineyards - to Le Lavandou, Bormes-les-mimosas, Saint-Tropez.
Note: if you are a fan of sailing, come and live here the major events of Saint-Tropez and the Gulf, in September and October of each year.
Are you looking for friends or family? The SNCF railway station is close, as is the airport of Toulon - Hyères.
Looking for cities and their entertainment? Aix-en-Provence is at 40mn, Cannes and Nice at 1h30.

arrrivée et départ très simplifiés avec système bte à clé
appartement petit mais bien agencé et bien équipé (grand frigo congel) et surtout très grande terrasse abritée très agréable.

Hübsches Studio direkt am Meer, alles gemütlich eingerichtet und ein toller Balkon. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen - mal wieder viel zu kurz :) Sowohl die Vermieter als auch der Verwalter waren jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gern wieder! Merci!
