Convenient location off N. Atherton St, comfortable Townhouse minutes from campus. On bus line (N Route- Martin Street/Aaron Dr.) Access to all kitchen appliances and space in fridge. 3 Bedrooms. Sleeps up to 8 in beds. Air mattresses for extra guests available. Towels and Linens provided. 2 1/2 baths. All amenities. 2 assigned parking spaces. Great for football weekends / Graduation/ Happy Volley /Arts Fest or just spending time in the area.. self check-in w/keypad.

The property was amazing and John was a great host. He was very communicative and very friendly. Also the location was in a quiet area so we were not disturbed by the rowdiness of downtown state college haha. Very accessible location for game day weekends. Overall my friends and I had a grand time staying!

Excellent accommodations. Convenient location for visiting my daughter at Penn State and going to the football game. Nice extras were provided like coffee and paper products. Lots of Penn State decor!

I stayed for a few weeks while I was between apartments and still working on research. Overall a great experience. The house is clean and well stocked. Check in/out is is simple and communication with the host is smooth. The bus runs right by and shopping/restaurants are a short drive away. 10/10 would do schoolwork here again!

Property is amazing for visits to Penn State. Close to many delicious restaurants, bowling, Sweetfrog and Penn State. The neighborhood was quiet and we slept very well. The owner was extremely nice and very responsive to messages. The Penn State decor was nice but not over done and the beds were comfortable. Thank you for a great stay and we look forward to coming back soon.
