Bonjour,
C'est un triplex confortable, très bien placé, en bas cuisine et salon, 2ème chambre 2 lit Japonais au sol confortable, dernier étage un grand lit ,toutes les pièces sont bien éclairées, tout à proximité à tous les prix. Sur cour, vous pouvez prendre un café tranquille .c'est c'est magnifique...
L'extérieur métro à 5mntet commerces.
Propriétaire très sympa et toujours à l'écoute disponible.

Il y a peu d'espace, donc c'est parfait pour deux, l'ambiance est "bohème" et très cosy

manque d'aménagement pour la nuit ( pas de rideaux ) et amélioration à apporter sur les équipements ( four micro onde ; cafetière électrique )
