Charming house located in the most beautiful area of Saint Malo.
An ideal place for a family or friends since the house has many rooms, a total of 4 plus a sofa bed in the lounge. Comfortable and light, you can enjoy a meal on the deck facing south and thus enjoy the garden. The house is close to the most beautiful beach and sunniest of Saint Malo. The picturesque district of Rothéneuf full of surprises, good food, ballads on the coast of Brittany and certainly represents character. The historic center is only a few minutes from home by car. The house is large 230m2, has 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets and can accommodate 10 people. Linens are provided for a fee. Just remember to take towels. You have the need for cooking.

Maison adaptée pour notre séjour entre amis (6 adultes ) bien situé dans un lotissement calme.
Nadine est facilement joignable.
Petit désagrément le jardinier qui vient le samedi matin 8h30!
Axes d’amélioration : la propreté de la maison.
