About this apartment rental
This charming apartment is equipped with every comfort and is in an ideal location for you to enjoy Sorrento and its famous coastline.
Appartamento Erica is a bright apartment on the fourth floor with lift of an elegant building in a quiet residential area on Sorrento’s main street, Corso Italia. With a total of 100 m2, it can accommodate up to 8 people.
Not included in the price, to be paid on site in cash:
• Final cleaning fee - 170,00 euro
• Tourist tax 4,00 euros per day per person for the first 7 nights from 1/04 to 31/10. Children under 18 years do not pay
• For arrival after 8:00 PM until midnight a late arrival fee of 50,00 euros will be requested.
The apartment is very close to the famous Piazza Tasso, making it easy to enjoy the local night life in the many busy bars, restaurants and venues brimming with tourists and locals alike.
Appartamento Erica has a 5-m2 terrace with a table and two chairs, so you can enjoy a partial view of the town and sea.
The large living room is elegant and simple, with a king-size sofa-bed, TV, dining table for six, air conditioning, heating and access to the terrace.
A corridor links all the rooms, including the kitchen, which is equipped with a four-burner hob, fridge-freezer, electric oven, microwave oven, coffee maker and toaster. From the kitchen, you have access to a small veranda/laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
In all, there are three bedrooms, each with air conditioning and heating, and two bathrooms.
• Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom: king-size bed (can be divided into two singles upon request), bedside tables, desk, chairs, built-in wardrobe
• Bedroom 2: king-size bed (can be divided into two singles), bedside tables, built-in wardrobe, desk
• Bedroom 3: king-size bed (can be divided into two singles), bedside tables, built-in wardrobe, desk
• Bed in living room: king-size sofa-bed
• Bathroom 1 in Bedroom 1, painted in delicate shades of yellow: sink, toilet, bidet, shower cubicle and hairdryer
• Bathroom 2, painted in delicate shades of blue: sink, toilet, bidet, shower cubicle and hairdryer

The apartment was in a good location I thought. We could walk to train station and to restaurants along water with a view to have our evening wine. The only thing I did not care for was —we had to take garbage out on respective day—every day was a different collection—then we did not have a trash bag for that particular kind(like paper and plastic). We would get charged if we didn’t do it right. Other than that it was great!

The property is well-maintained and centrally located, perfect to explore Sorrento and the surrounding countryside. My family of 5 really enjoyed the location and the beautiful views from the front balcony. Highly recommend this property.

This apartment is ideally placed for exploring Sorrento and is in a safe, secure building. I’m not sure the last time someone from Amore rentals checked on this property though as it could do with some TLC.
This apartment sleeps 7 but the kitchen is poorly equipped for this number of people. There were only 3 wine glasses and 4 small tumblers in the way of glassware for all drinks and despite asking for more, these never arrived. The toaster’s connection did not work and the coffee machine took over an hour to make a couple of cups.
The ironing board was not fit for purpose and two of the bedrooms did not have a mirror in them which is not ideal for anyone getting ready to go out.The decor is very sparse and it is obvious that pictures or wall art have been removed.
There were broken floor tiles in the living area too.
All 3 bedrooms are a good size with king size beds with air conditioning throughout which was very welcomed.
All in all, we enjoyed our stay in Sorrento and I am sure with a bit of attention to detail, this apartment would be more in keeping with the photographs in the listing.
