Domek samowystarczalny pod każdym względem, okolica cicha - pod tym względem lepiej, niż na dole w centrum. Zejście do centrum wsi po stromych schodach wymagało uwagi ale brak hałasu rekompensował wspinaczkę z powrotem do domku. Na kilka dni warto wynająć samochód bo autobusy nie dowiozą w każde ciekawe miejsce na wyspie. Wystrój domku podobał nam się bardzo - miał w sobie urok starej Grecji. Polecam osobom szukającym cichego miejsca.
Otoczenie domku: warto poświęcić parę dni na uporządkowanie terenu i zasadzenie kilku roślin. Obecnie otoczenie jest niemiłe dla oka.

Piccolo rifugio a mirties dotato di tutti i confort, è fornito di tutto, bella posizione panoramica sulla baia con telendos di fronte. L accoglienza e la disponibilità di Elena super. Lo consiglio per sole due persone e per chi ama camminare.

The terrace is simply amazing to spend some time in the evening or during the day. It is also nice temperature inside the house (we were there in Aug) as the air circulates nicely and there is no need for aircon. The traditional design has its charm. The owner is super nice and helpful!

The house is just like it is on the pictures, so no disappointment in that respect.
The view from the terrasse is nice. We enjoyed breakfasts and evenings watching the view on Telendos.
The owner welcomed us very warmly on arrival. She is really lovely.
The name of the house says it all, it is on the hill. While the view is nice, walking up the hill to reach the house can be challenging.
Although the house is not small, it is full of things belonging to the owner. There is very limited space for your own things. In many ways, you get the feeling of staying in someone else house, not in a place you rent for your vacations.
The owner’s daughter did not respond swiftly to messages. I sent a message 3 days before arrival and got an answer just 2 hours before we arrived. Regarding check out, she answered in the middle of the night before we left. Not very nice when you have to plan things.
The bathroom needs refreshment, if not a complete renovation. It’s very small and not very practical. The toilet was leaking and every time you seat on the toilets, your feet are wet. Not a nice experience, especially on the middle of the night. ;-)
There were lots of things in the kitchen, but some of them, like the toaster did not work. it would be better to have less things but in working order.
We stayed for a week and there was no cleaning at all during the week.
All in all, I would not stay in this little house again but chose a place providing the level of confort expected these days, not to mention the communication problems with the daughter of the owner.
I feel a bit guilty writing this harsh review but I believe it is fair and I hope it will help people make their choice knowingly.
