About this apartment rental
You can expect a newly renovated apartment on two floors in an old farmhouse from 1812.
The apartment has a double bed in the open sleeping area on the top floor. If necessary, the corner sofa can also be pulled out into a bed in the large living area. The open kitchen area incl. Dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob and fridge / freezer is fully equipped for
3 persons. The daylight bathroom has a shower, bath and toilet. All floors are tiled or Real wood parquet. A large garden with grill and seating is available. Free WiFi and flat screen TV with cable connection available. Washer / dryer are available.
The master's studio is located in the house. Painting and drawing courses on request (minimum number of participants 5 people). Can also be booked for groups in combination with Apartment del Arte 1. New: fitness room in the house.
S-Bahn stop within walking distance in 2 minutes. Hiking trails and bike paths in the immediate vicinity. For questions 0173 95 95 624.

Eine FeWo mit einer gemütlichen Ausstattung und Farbgebung, einer umfassenden Ausstattung in Bad, Küche, Wohn-, Eß- und Schlafbereich. Die Vermieter sind sehr gut organsiert und hilfsbereit ohne Anflug von Aufdringlichkeit. Der W-Lan Anschluss im Haus funktionierte einwandfrei.
Der Standort bietet eine natürliche Stille und Ruhe zum entspannen und der unmittelbare S-Bahnanschluss, 3 Minuten Fußweg entfernt, eine unkomplizierte Anbindung an die umliegenden Orte und Städte. So sind sie von der örtlichen Haltestelle in 20 Minuten in Freudenstadt am Bahnhof. Bei Anreise mit dem PKW gibt es ausreichenden Platz zum Parken.

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und sehr schön eingerichtet. Sie hat einen rustikalen Stil, ohne dabei altbacken zu wirken. Wir haben unser Domizil sehr sauber und sehr aufgeräumt vorgefunden, was uns auch wichtig war. Das Haus ist in sehr idyllischer und ruhiger Lage. Obwohl es bis zum Bahnhof nur 2 Gehminuten sind (Die Bahn kann man durch die Kurtaxe kostenlos benutzen, sehr gut!), hört man weder davon noch von irgendwelchen Straßen etwas.
Wir waren allerdings froh, dass die Nächte während unseres Aufenthaltes relativ kühl waren, denn das Schlafzimmer ist direkt unter dem Dachgiebel und heizt sich ziemlich schnell auf. Zu erreichen ist es über eine relative steile Treppe.
Das Bad ist sehr geräumig und bietet alles, was man sich wünscht. Zu unserer Belustigung trug dabei die Toilette bei, die ungewöhnlich hoch montiert ist.
Auch die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, es gibt einen Fernseher mit allen Programmen und das Internet ist ziemlich schnell, funktioniert aber nur im Eingangsbereich der Wohnung.
Das schöne Ambiente der Wohnung und des Hauses wird dadurch abgerundet, dass man einen Teil des Gartens mitbenutzen darf. Weiterhin sind die zwei Mini-Schweine im Vorhof ein Highlight für Klein und Groß.
Und hat es sehr gefallen und wir können die Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen!
